I called TJs and the call went to Discount Plumbing ( not TJs) who ruined my sink with sulfuric acid and we had to spend about $1400 for the same exact stainless steel sink.My first red flag was he showed up with no tools or truck (he got a ride with a friend). he said it wasn’t snakable (but it was, as the 2nd plumber I called did just this, directly under the kitchen sink, without cutting the pipe that Steve ( discount) said would have to be cut down in the basement had he had a snake with him. )I called TJs and somehow got Discount. how does that happen? was TJs on vacation and the calls rolled over? Discount gave me a different # than I called but that happens, so wasn’t a red flag. TJs had 9 / 9 five star reviews when I called. Steve did offer to come clean it but we had tried everything he suggested plus more. he said he could fix it but it wasn’t fixable. I had a few experts look at it And called a few more. I learned sulfuric acid etches stainless steel. He was nice, but cost us a lot of money. I’m still hoping he’ll reimburse us.TJs sounds great but make sure you’re really getting them. I tried emailing them to warn them back in June but they never responded.
