Cody was great. First, he came the same day our toilet and washing machine backed up when our other plumber couldn't make it. (Although our regular plumber did recommend them so thankful to both.) Cody was very personable and good at explaining what was going on and showed us pictures of the roots in the actual drain! It was more of a diagnostic visit although I think if he could have reached the roots, he'd have tried to dislodge them. He gave us options for a more permanent fix that we are mulling over. It is expensive, but the guy on the phone and Cody were both great and so far we are really pleased with the service!
The team from Lovett Inc. were fantastic. Although we were away on vacation, they responded very quickly to our water pipe break. Houston was the Forman on site with Craig as vac technician and Dan as plumber on the job. They took photos and sent them to me so I could understand all that they did. My courtyard looked perfect when they were done.
I had a sewer line that had been damaged in a highrise building that needed to be repaired. I called Lovett Plumbing and their team, and they made it simple, clean and where fast acting. I want to thank Ken Williams, Charlie Bricker, Steven Reis, Sam and Doug for taking care of my needs in a timely manner. You all communicated so well. I will be using Lovett again for any plumbing needs I might have in the future. I highly recommend them.

I imagine it's not often that you have to call a plumbing contractor when things are going well. Right before Christmas, we discovered a leaking water main when our water bill was more than 3x the same period last year. On the plus side, we were closed for the week, so it was not as dire of an emergency as it could have been, but the next day, I was leaving town for the holidays. On short notice, Lovett was able to get Doug out to make an initial assessment, then Brian got me an estimate without delay, which even though he finagled us some cost savings, was *gasp*-worthy. I attempted to get at least one other estimate, but I couldn't get calls returned, so what are you gonna do? What I did was hire Lovett. With city permits involved during the holidays, I thought we might have to close for an extra week, but foreman Steven showed up Monday morning and was able to head off potential delays by thinking creatively. He set things up nicely so that we had water running again by late Tuesday morning! Plumber Brandon's efficient work in confined spaces (where the fun happens!) played a big part - special thanks to him as well. Everyone who worked on our project was polite and thoughtful, and I felt like Steven was very focused on getting us back up and running as quickly as possible. Nice work, Steven and Team Lovett!
