Victor provided unbelievable service on repairing the entire functionality of our Lochinvar Noble Fire Tube Combi. Victor increased the overall efficiency of the boiler, cleaned the entire boiler, repaired 3 leaks and restored our hot water efficiency and heat throughout the entire house! We could not be happier with Victor and Stonelink Plumbing and Heating! In mid December we suddenly found ourselves without heat on the first floor of our two story newly purchased house. Initially, we called a company referred to us by a plumber we had used for another minor issue, as he acknowledged he was not thoroughly educated on the Navien system that heats our house. (Thank goodness we also have a mini split so used that temporarily for heating the downstairs.) Not only did that company not commit to ANY scheduled day or time, when they did come out, they replaced two parts for just under $1000 and did not fix the problem (worked for about a millisecond, just enough time for them to leave). We found Stonelink on the internet, saw their excellent reviews and called them. They scheduled a time (window) and day when Victor (Navien expert) could come out and take a look at our problem. He arrived within the window, diagnosed the problem and said he would have fixed it then but did not have the proper part (it was an old pump that stopped working). He also pointed out there was superfluous piping that made our system less efficient. Victor gave us a quote for all the work and scheduled a day/time when he would come out again to fix the heating, shut off and reroute the unnecessary extra piping and, as we did not know when the Navien was last cleaned, at our request, thoroughly clean the system. Victor returned on the scheduled day and time, did all he promised, and at the exact price quoted, so that now we have good, reliable HEAT! I waited several weeks before leaving this review to be sure the problem was fixed. It certainly has been! Stonelink Plumbing and Heating, you now have a regular customer! We will certainly not hesitate to call your company again when we need your assistance.

Tim and his team were excellent. They changed a cast iron pipe system that cracked. . Simply an amazing job. They were on time to do the job and work till the job was finished. They were very courteous and covered things so that my home would not be damaged . I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
