Michael and Son has been a great help to us since we've moved into our house. Their techs are very friendly, personable, and are very skilled at what they do. We've had them tune up our HVAC and install a new water heater and garbage disposal. I've appreciated the transparency of what we were getting into with the equipment and the variety of choices. We will continue service with them for sure.
Great service all around.I waited to write this review until after all of my contact and experiences with Michael and Sons were complete. I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about how helpful and great they were. Long story short I experienced a water leak that required an emergency visit to have my power shut off ( at 11 at night) and eventually my electrical panel replaced. Travis Phipps was my electrician through this whole process. From the emergency visit to the completion of my panel replacement he was communicative, consise, and overall pleasant to deal. He took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before doing anything.Michael and Sons got the necessary permit and even scheduled my inspection after the service was done. I also had to corrdinate some items through the manager Ashley and she was great as well. She always promptly returned any calls and provided updates in a timely manner. Overall, I would say this experience was really great. Michael and Sons took an extremely stressful situation and made it better by showing up and providing great customer service throughout. I would definitely recommend their services as well as use them in the future.

Had a significant well pressure tank and filter issue. Josh was recommended to me by a friend, and I reached out to him. He returned my call in 15 minutes and was at my house 30 minutes later, assessing the situation. He arrived early the next morning with all the materials he needed, install the new tank and much larger and more efficient filter after explaining his thought process as to why this was necessary. He finished the work in less than five hours. Everything was professionally done in a neat and clean manner. More importantly, his demeanor and attitude was professional and personal. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!
