We had a great experience with OTD Plumbing. They upgraded our water heater to a tankless system, installed a water softener, and recently responded quickly to an emergency water leak just before Christmas.Zach did an excellent job, and both he and Jennifer communicated clearly and professionally throughout the process. Out the door is by far and away one of the best plumbing services in the triangle area. Great and honest technicians and scheduling was a breeze.
