I had been having issues with the basement drain overflowing a little with clear water and had booked an appointment for a weekday for the Drain Doctor Technician to come and camera and clean out the drain pipe. The drain had a mind of it's own and decided to really act up on the weekend with debris included with the water overflowing. I called the Drain Doctor and explained my angst and urgency to have a Technician come that day. Sure enough within less than 2 hours he showed up and promptly assessed the situation, advised his treatment plan, and rectified the situation with contigencies advice for moving forward.
