Wonderful to work with! They came within the hour on a Sunday (plumber William) he finished his work within the hour (which would normally take longer) to attempt to save us money. He was polite & lovely. He was friendly to my small dogs that cried constantly for attention. He explained all options and kind & patient. I could not recommend this company enough! The quote was reasonable, follow up booking and communication was excellent by office personnel.The technicians were prompt, respectful of me and the house, efficient and friendly.They did excellent work with minimum damage to the walls.Jaime was an excellent leader taking time to do the job correctly while instructing the others.I feel he treated my house like his own.I would definitely use them again and would recommend express heating and plumbing to my neighbors and those on need of services.
2nd time using Express Plumbing & Heating.Needed to replace the Poly-B in my older home in Deer Park.Got 4 quotes.Theirs was over $1000 less than the other 3.Then offered 15% discount.THEN was able to book for work in less than a week.The 3 technicians were fast, efficient, polite & friendly.The holes they needed to cut were minimal.Very, very impressed & happy with their work.
