Noticed that our sewer was draining slowly on a saturday with some backup into the basement. Waited until Monday to call around because I do not have the budget to pay emergency fees.As I called around, Best Price Sewer & Drain was the only company available to come out the same day. I called shortly after 9am, and Logan was in my home by 2pm. Logan was easy to communicate with and responded quickly!Logan was so lovely. He was clear on the phone what his fee was, no other company offered this. The quote he provided was exactly what he charged and was very very reasonable. He was clear on the phone about expectations, timelines etc. I appreciate understanding what to expect ahead of time!When Logan arrive he was prepared. He brought all tools and equipment necessary. I am choosy when it comes to the tradespeople who I allow in my home and Logan was professional, knowledgable and timely. He informed me that the block was on the cities side, and walked me through how to submit the claim for reimbursement. He answered all my questions and spoke to me with respect. He worked quickly all while chatting with my husband.He when above and beyond to not only clean & sanitize his working space in the basememt when the work was done, but also drained and rinsed my bathtub. We discovered the block when I was running a bath, so the water had been sitting for days.He didn't mind the 5 cat helpers who kept checking the quality of his work, and he recieved their stamp of approval.
