Winter -40 so happen my furnace shut off.l called Jason ,friend gave me his number.late at night and without fail came to fix my furnace rt away.wonderful job !!! . I'm impress.Happy to recommend him to those who need services, furnace problems.
The plumber arrived and could not complete the work without making a hole in the kitchen wall. He gave good advice, but no actual work was completed and the visit took 10 minutes. I was charged $160 for this service.
Jason and his team always go above and beyond. Taking my calls and answering my questions outside of regular hours without ever making me feel like I'm an inconvenience proves his dedication to his business. Excellent service every time and i would highly recommend them.
We have used Universal Plumbing for running a new gas line for a pool heater, installing a new bathroom and for troubles with our furnace. Jason and his team have always been quick to respond with professional & friendly service. I would highly recommend Universal for any of your plumbing needs.
Update #2. They had someone come out and they figured out the issue. So with any luck there will be no more issues moving forward. Thank you to Colin for calling and sending someone out to troubleshoot and figure out the issue.Had them come out and install a furnace in Jan 2024 through insurance. House flooded and had no choice but to replace furnace. The guys were all great that I dealt with. Customer service is fantastic. The actual furnaces they have and install are garbage. They had to come out and service multiple times the initial install. Then they switched it because it clearly was garbage. Now fast forward to the start of winter and here the furnace is gone again. Not even a year old and it doesn't work. 4 days with no heat and running base heaters to keep my family warm, since they are booked up and have to wait for someone to be able to come out. Thankfully it's not freezing out yet. Then to top it off I have to pay them to come out and service it. Cause warranty only covers parts. If this furnace has made it through the warranty I would understand paying for service. It is still under warranty so that fee should be waived and well I shouldn't need it serviced already. Not happy with the products at all. The customer service is fantastic but their products are not worth the money spent, even if it was through my insurance.Update #1. The owner contacted me and is going to get to the bottom of the issue. Will keep review updated as we progress. All of the people I spoke with have been awesome. Customer service is definitely there. Now let's hope the product isn't an issue anymore after they figure out what's happening.
