Amrinder .S was very quick and professional with his capability of work he knew what he needed and what to do he got done what i asked him to and was a clean job i would definitely recommend him top any one that are looking for plumbing or heating needs!
Fernando I. came to repair two leaking shower faucets, installed a pressure reducing valve for my toilet and installed a new sink stopper. I was happy with his service and he did an excellent job!
The technician lovepreet fixed all issues I had in under an hour. Some people say why Milani as they are expensive. But what I realized is what's more important is getting someone who is professional and does a good job is best. He also kept the area clean. And was very knowledgeable in explaining why he changed something or did something. If I could give 10 stairs I would. He fixed the issue I was most worried about
Top-Notch Maintenance ServiceAndrew and Simon recently carried out routine drainage maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They were professional and worked efficiently without any disruption. Everything was handled with care, and they left the space spotless afterward. It’s clear they take pride in what they do—definitely a team you can trust for reliable and thorough maintenance. Highly recommend!
DO NOT HIREI contracted Milani to provide and install a new furnace, hotwater tank, and a/c, including acquiring all relevant permits, andpassing city inspection. I paid the first half deposit on March 14,2022 of $7,000.00 Installation took place March 23rd. Thetechs who came made clear they were not sure how to installthe furnace piping and venting, and what they did “would notpass code.” I was back and forth with Milani for a month to tryto get it fixed. Techs and a manager came 5 times, each ofwhich required me to take a day off work. Each time, they wereunable to fix it. Despite the work not being complete, Milanicharged my credit card the second half of the contract stating“work was completed” when they clearly knew it was not. Ibelieve they did this to prevent me from switching to anothercompany or requesting a discount given all the problems. I didnot agree for this second set of charges to go through, and it isa fraudulent claim that the work was completed. As noted bythe email from Romeo on April 11th, the work was clearly notdone, the permit had not been pulled (which was supposed tobe done before work was begun), and still has not beencompleted. There is still no permit, either. I have now hadsomeone else complete the work. This cost me over $8,000, and I lost income from 5 days of work, aside from all theaggravation. I have the manager and the tech on audiorecording saying that I would receive a refund. I also have themsaying the work is not complete, yet Milani has refused torefund my second half of payments, and have tried to gaslightme (oh it's a rough in, oh it's just a little thing, oh yes we have aplan and we'll fix it, yes we'll issue a refund, etc.) and force meto continue with them by saying they will not complete thepulling of the permit, even though that was supposed to bedone BEFORE the work started. This has cost me an additional$3000 to get the gasfitter who completed the work to getbonded and pull the permit.
