VIA Plumbing was a pleasure to have doing our electric hot water tank replacement. One day, we wanted to upgrade our 39 gal 10 year old hot water tank to the new generation RINNAI tankless water heater. VIA team Gerald and Steven performed the job very smoothly and was easy to communicate with while completing the replacement all in 1 business day. The office team was also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We received a very detailed quotation upon getting the diagnosis of our problem with the tank. And the communication between us throughout the process was very transparent. I will come back to select them next time if I ever have a plumbing or heating problem at my house.
