My sump pump had stopped working and Johnny came out and did a diagnostic. He really took the time to explain the issue and emphasized I needed to have a new pump installed as my current one went out after being more than 10 years old. Water heater needed a new thermocouplar according to PGE. America's plumbing company sent over their technician Jorge who was absolutely professional. He arrived earlier than the promised time slots and kept me informed of all repairs. Overall very happy with the courteous nature and knowledgeable information that Jorge provided so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. Would highly recommend again as the price of service was reasonable as well.
