Todd Petersen from Just Right came to our home recently to do annual service on our 3 gas furnaces. We appreciated that he called about 20 minutes before he arrived. When he showed up, he was polite and cheerful and very professional. While working on the furnaces in our basement, he was very patient with my questions and told me the kinds of measurements he was making and why they were important. He offered some suggestions for possible upgrades for us to consider, but never pressured us to make a decision. When he concluded with the 3 furnaces, he gave us a detailed written Tune-Up Inspection check list showing, among other things the various measurements and how they compared to what was desired. This is the first time that Todd has come to our house and he was just as professional and customer-oriented as the other people from Just Right that served us over the last three years since moving into our home. This speaks to the fine training program that Just Right must have and also to their ability to attract friendly and highly capable service professionals like Todd.
Very satisfied with the service provided. Just Right HVAC was able to send out a service technician 2 hours after I contacted them. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my Heating System up and running which in 90 minutes. He also pointed out some issues with my 22 year old furnace. He performed a Carbon Monoxide test and reassured me the system is running safe and I had time to evaluate my next move for replacing the system. Thank you Just Right.
DJ is great, knowledgeable and caring representative of company. Really thorough and dedicated. Presented my mom and I with choices, being considerate for what we can afford, and also will be happy in a years to come. I was absolutely impressed with how fast he got to our home. And even more impressed with immediate, next day service of full installation. Thank you Just Right for taking care of our needs as customers on maintenance program. And in time of worst case scenario, when furnace broke.
