Absolutely hands down a life saver. ?? Just purchased my home which had a full renovation on the plumbing so I wasn’t sure why when we moved in there was no hot water. Checked the pilot on the water heater that was working, so I put my home warranty to the test. In less than 30 minutes I had a call from San Antonio Plumbing saying they were in receipt of my claim and they dispatched a plumber to my house in less than an hour. When Eric arrived he was very personable and courteous. We went straight to the water heater (which was newly installed) and he noticed right away the main water was only 3/4 turned on. Essentially I was loosing pressure and with one turn we verified everything was working.Time to return all my plumbing tools back to Lowe’s and change my YouTube algorithm. Glad I didn’t touch anything and just left things to San Antonio Plumbing.Lesson learned home warranty is everything! My out of pocket was only $75.00 with Choice Home warranty
I have Choice Home Warranty and my water heater failed. They sent San Antonio Plumbing out to assess. The technician Dustin was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. A couple days later he was back to install the new water heater. Everything was good and the new heater works perfectly. I had to pay $455 for non-covered expenses. I checked into this before scheduling the replacement and learned that Choice Home Warranty pays for the water heater and $75 per hour for each technician to do the job. They cap it at 2 hours with 2 technicians totaling $300. The flat fee for the entire job is $755, leaving the balance of $455 for the homeowner to pay. When I reviewed my contract with Choice it clearly states that they only pay for the tank and the labor to install it and nothing else. They do not pay for disposal of the old tank, the new expansion tank installation, or any new hoses, new wiring, or connectors. All of this was included and likely the reason I had to pay a balance since none of this is covered by Choice Home Warranty. Honestly, I think I will be going back to American Home Shield after my Choice contract is up because I never had to pay anything extra with them for repairs. They are better home warranty company than Choice. As for San Antonio Plumbing, they are honest and do a great job. I’m thankful Dustin and his partner for taking good care of me making sure that the installation was done correctly and without any issues

San Antonio Plumbing is GREAT.While I’m sure all their plumbers are fantastic, we always ask that they send Eric K to our home for any issues. We appreciate always have the same outstanding professional plumber because we know and trust him in our home.
Eric my service tech was great. He evaluated the issues, explained the process and fixed the issue promptly.He went above and beyond to run and pick up another part that was needed and back in 15 minutes to complete the job!!!I was very happy with his courtesy and professional demeaner
From the very beginning, I knew that my home warranty (Choice)connected me with the company that was meant to help me.Jade, the dispatcher, who I found out had only been there for about one month had such compassion and went above and beyond what I’ve ever come across with customer service. I was completely overwhelmed with so many things that were going on in life with my house that I needed somebody that was truly caring.She asked if I wanted to be put on hold for a moment or if she could call me back and I asked to be called back because I was trying to take my dogs out and they were giving me a very difficult time. She was able to get somebody to come out that same day which was a total blessing for me! Granted, this was Labor Day!I had to return to work the following day. I was unable to take any time off and would not be home until approximately 5:30 PM each day.The gentleman that arrived was not only professional, courteous, compassionate, and kind he put my mind at ease! We talked about our faith, and I knew that there was a reason he came to help me! This was a home warranty claim and he was not able to do any work until he had approval from the warranty company. He waited longer just to see if they would respond. Even though he was unable to get a response from them, he eased my mind with my issue. I was very concerned with my water bill. He said because he was a professional plumber he would be able to help me navigate with SAWS since there was an actual leak. This would help in getting my water bill lowered. He explained that he had helped people previously in the same situation.I received a call this morning that my warranty company would allow him to do the work. I had already told him I trusted him and he said he would help me and he understood that I could not be home until around 5:30 PM. They had to call him specifically and ask if that was OK with him.He showed up right on time and it was like Superman coming to save the day!If anybody crosses paths with Eric Kiolbassa, he is the real deal!May God bless Eric, his family & everybody with San Antonio Plumbing!
