Gilbert was super kind to my tiny dog, who liked him and trusted him but then tried to bite his shoes anyway. Luckily the dog has very few teeth so it wasn't a problem. Also he -- Gilbert -- did a quick and efficient job of installing my new Toto toilet in the master bath, and also removing roots growing down into the toilet drain in the guest bath. I didn't compare prices on many contractors for this, but it seemed reasonable to me and the service was great.
This is the 3rd time I've called Exodus, and all 3 experiences have been great. 1st time was to fix a broken small outdoor drain pipe which was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. The 2nd and 3rd times the same guy, Gilbert, came to our house and he was timely, courteous, friendly, and fixed the issues quickly and explained what he did. First time Gilbert came out was for a clogged drain that he diagnosed quickly and snaked quickly, showing me exactly what clogged the drain. The 2nd was for a jammed garbage disposal which he fixed within minutes. The prices were also very reasonable. Scheduling the service was easy online and after the initial contact on their website, someone texted or called within the hour each time, and they came the next day each time. Overall 5 star experience after using Exodus 3 times for small jobs, and I highly recommend them.
Emilio Sanchez is a fantastic plumber. He always showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and tidy. He even remembered to take off his shoes when he returned to complete part one of our plumbing repairs, which I truly appreciated.I was blown away by his professionalism and kindness throughout the entire process. The new valve has a very modern look, which is an added bonus!I told my realtor friend, Rebecca, who referred me, that they are absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend Exodus Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
We had a great experience with Exodus Plumbing. They responded quickly to our service request which we really appreciated. Our technician Gilbert was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend Exodus Plumbing.
We had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly (the water may be completely gone if left alone overnight, after taking out most of the water from the sink itself). We tried couple solutions found online first such as using baking soda+vinegar and the plunger but we saw little to no success. So we decide to call in Exodus to have the sink drain and its pipes inspected. Yair came in this day, and after making few attempts snaking the pipes right under the sink we started taking a look outside. We live in a mobile home so the piping is accessible by removing the skirting and accessing the crawlspace. We find the corner of the home where the piping there has the clogging, and also saw how the piping was barely sloped at this time. Yair recommended that we should replace this section of the drain (~20 ft) with a thicker PVC pipe (from an inch to two inches) and to also slope it to overall fix the issue. While I was a bit reluctant after hearing the price ($1800), we agreed to have this repair done since the kitchen sink was needed for our upcoming days. The next day, Yair and Juan arrived and got to work right away. They ended up completing the work in roughly 3.5 hours. They were very attentive letting me know what they were doing, and I thought of it as a pretty good learning experience for myself with little to no knowledge in this area. Once done, they cleaned up the place nicely and also validated with me on how the kitchen sink is draining properly now (we probably had the water running for ~30 minutes).Overall, their quick response time and ability to resolve the issue as fast as they did were excellent. Their consideration to let me follow what's going on, and patiently answering the questions I had were great too. I don't really know if the pricing was justified since they never gave me the breakdown for it as I asked, so that's the only reason for a 4 star.
