Excellent Service and Communication! I would highly recommend their services.Our hot water boiler died on us in the middle of a snow storm. My husband called Avalon Plumbing and Heating. They discussed every option with him thoroughly. They came the next day with a new boiler. They disconnected the old one and took it away for me. They had to take down a door to access the old tank. I didn't have to do a thing. They put the door back up and left the place just as clean (probably cleaner) than it was when they arrived. I will definitely use their services again!
I called Avalon Plumbing with a hot water issue and Sean responded immediately. He was able to schedule me in such a way that there was no real inconvenience. He removed the old water heater and installed a new one in short order. He was very professional in his work and presentation, taking time to explain what he was doing and also pointing out some issues that had gone on undetected. His friendly demeanor was a pleasant addition to the whole experience. I would highly recommend Avalon Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needed work done.
