Very disappointed that there were several hidden fees that about doubled the cost of the bill for work on my house. Never recommending these guys to anyone as they will take advantage of you financially.EDIT: these guys commented back some bogus story about my brother calling in. I do not live with my brother and he would have had no knowledge of MY house having plumbing issues. I was present when the plumber was there, none of this “away at the time” lies. Awful sad when the reply on an honest review is a made up story.
Terrible customer service, incompetence, over priced !! It can't be more self explanatory then that!!! We will not call this company for any future services and surly will advise others to avoid them as well..FYI to the owner.. Just because you can't find my name in your database, doesn't mean we are not affected!! Questioning my identity doesn't let your business off the hook.. People who deal with your business also have family members !!!
Avoid. Charged me $300 for their opinion on a smell, that it was a rodent issue (it wasn't) and didn't perform the action that I requested which was a pipe inspection. I thought that they walked away doing me a favour, but nope got slapped with a bill. Find someone else.
Excellent service! Had to have a hot water tank replaced, they were quick to answer the call, schedule the service, and very prompt arriving and getting the job done. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was great, very polite and courteous, and the technicians they dispatched were very nice to deal with. Job was done well, and in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service, and the price was very reasonable as well. Thanks again!
I am after dealing with Hubley’s twice recently for two completely separate plumbing issues at my house and I must say I have received nothing but exceptional service from them! They have been easy to work with, are extremely fast at getting down and fixing the issue, and do not try to up charge you as some others may. I cannot thank Hubley’s enough for all of their help, and would recommend them 100%.
