Cass has been awesome during a resent remodel of an old 1925 for me. They replace the sewer piping and water piping all through the house. Good pricing and on time service. Nice to be able to rely on a good partner.
I have used Cass plumbing for years. They show up promptly, are generally courteous and have done a few different jobs for me. However, they can be expensive but the good thing, they come when I call!. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well today's job was to install a new kitchen faucet. The tech came out and did the job, but did not clean up after himself and left a component installed (and plug for the old sprayer nozzle) that leaked! I called him when we discovered it and he told me to call the office. So I did, and another tech came out who solved the issue AND ALSO helped us determine that the sink itself had a leak which is now caulked. All in all they are still a reputable firm and did make every effort to resolve the issue. NOTE: We did buy the faucet and plug from a big box store, and not Cass plumbing. The install now looks great.

Since they had free estimates and 20% off service, I called them for an appointment. Steve F. called me on the day he was scheduled to come over and told me when to expect him. He was on time and looked professional. Since I had a plumber in the house, I also had him install a shower head and shower faucet.Steve F. was fast, organized and knowledgeable! He is really a nice guy and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Next plumbing issue, I will call Cass Plumbing and request Steve F.
