I recently had a remodel of my home and was very satisfied however there were some plumbing issues afterward. Jack responded and immediately diagnosed the issue with tub and separate shower. He quickly solved rhe problem for a fraction of the previous company. Great price and better service by far. I called last night around 5:00 p.m. to book an appointment for a new water heater installation in northdale Tampa.The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and kind and they booked me for the following day first thing on the morning appointment with the lovely technician Amed.I received the confirmation text that the technician is on the way and when I arrived on site I felt very comfortable and in good hands.The installation took about an hour and was very informative, kept the house very clean and respectful.Price was very good I would definitely use ultimate plumbing solutions in the future.And most importantly Amed the technician who provided the work for me.10/10 thanks again and have a great day!
