Chris is really great to work with. I purchased a new house with various plumbing issues. Chris was able to confidently diagnose and repair all major issues in a very timely manner, and with some out-of-the-box thinking in a challenging environment. He also came out to inspect the job before hand despite me living outside of Thunder Bay, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using Aqua North again for all future plumbing work.
Chris was a huge help when the City told me I had to replace the main water shut off valve so the City could replace my water meter. He and Lana talked me through everything I needed to do prior to our appointment and when Chris and Daniel came to do the replacement they were friendly, efficient and left everything very clean. I was so very impressed by them both. The final bill came in lower than the estimate and that was the “icing on the cake”. I’ll definitely be using Aqua North for all my future plumbing needs.
