I have massive issues with them. Willing to taking them to court. Long story short.They visited my house without notice, Yhe guy called wrong number. He looked into the furnace with a flashlight for about 2 minutes. Nothing to fix. That's it. And then gone.The front desk lady called my husband on the same day at 4pm. He explained it and she said it was a free service so I knew I didn't have to charge of this event.However,I have got a letter of invoice today. When I called the lady to clarify this, she ended abruptly and rudely in the middle of conversation .Also, the description on invoice is different.I called the owner, he said just one word "pay it" and then hang up. My husband text him as previously agreed, we will not be paying this invoice, The owner threatened us, it will go to collection or court.Do not get Robert's. Not good business for customers.
Horrible customer service. Have attempted to fix furnace 4 times and it never stays fixed. Doesn't return calls. Says will show up to fix and then don't and never call to reschedule. Could not be less impressed with the service levels.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the exceptional service from Robert's Plumbing. Water was leaking from my bathroom into dining room and had been working with restoration company but plumbing was my responsibility. On the recommendation of someone who uses their services regularly, I contacted them. They responded quickly, made the repairs and explained what had happened. I have made several recommendations to other people and all are extremely pleased with service. Thank you for making a bad situation easier.
Technically he fixed the problem, but in doing so he damaged the tub, left a big mess in the bathroom, and apparently broke one of my plant pots in the laundry room and just left the mess. No message or apology or anything. He also left my door wide open when he left. Maybe supervise the plumber if you are having someone from this company come. Obviously I was too trusting and let him do the job while I wasn't home.
Our hot water tank rusted out and started leaking late last night. We called Robert’s plumbing this morning at 10am and they were at our house replacing the tank within an hour. The price was also a good deal. The replacement took about 45 minutes and the 2 gentlemen that came were awesome. Highly recommend.
