I strongly suggest avoiding this company. They are currently trying to charge us over $2,000 for a service we never received. The work was allegedly done for someone under a completely different name that I do not know, yet they are invoicing us after already telling them on site we never called for them.Prior to this, we hired them for a hydro flush and they said they would cover over 100 feet of pipes. In reality, only a small portion of the pipe was serviced. When the issue persisted afterward, they initially blamed us and I had to push repeatedly for them to honour their warranty. The problem continued, and they then quoted us a repair of over $10,000. I decided to get a second opinion from another plumber, who found that the drains were simply clogged and that the original hydro flush had not been done properly.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. If they recommend you a hydroflush - dont do it! It's what they recommend for everyone and never works. Get another opinion elsewhere.
Thank you Drain King - our emergency was handled quickly and professionally from the first point of contact to the point of completion. Dave Silva was professional, thorough, and got the job done 10/10. Very happy with this service.- Peter and Athina
I called Drain King Plumbers in a panic after my sink had collapsed, which is something I had never seen or even heard of before. It's safe to say that they were the absolute best and I would recommend Drain King Plumbers to anyone and everyone I know.First off, the customer service is amazing- a lovely girl named Rachel picked up and explained everything I need to me. She connected me with an awesome worker named Alberto who was just as amazing. Alberto got to my unit within an hour after the call was made and the fix was seamlessly done. The sink collapse was a shame and was something that should have never happened but I met some great people through the incident. There have been no issues and everything has been working great. Would 10/10 recommend!
Your employee uncloged the drain using the "snake". He tried to untighten a nut for making room for the snake. He could not untighten the nut neither by hand nor using the pliers. He banged in the connection hoping to succeed. It did not work and then he cut the long drain pipe.He succefuly uncloged the drain. He connected the cut drain pipe using the rubber connector, he reconnected everthing back as seen in the attached picture. For the moment everything was working, but next morning under the sink I found a lot of water. I called Drain King and I was connected with your employeeI asked him to come and take a look and see what the problem might be and fix it.He kept me a lecture about what might be and refused to come and fix the issue. Now I have to call another plumber to fix the problem.I am sorry, but this is not a professional aproach by Drain King. For this reason I cannot give more than 2 stars.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and costly.I contacted this company for a recurring basement drain backup. After multiple visits, I was given different explanations each time, and each visit resulted in additional recommendations and charges, without a lasting fix.I was first told the T-connection was the issue, which I replaced at my own expense. That did not resolve the problem. I was then told the kitchen and basement lines required flushing/hydro jetting.A technician later suggested completing the hydro jet privately for cash, which I declined. I paid the company directly for the hydro jet service instead. When the technician returned, he initially refused to hydro jet the kitchen. After I insisted that the paid service be completed, the work appeared rushed and very brief.Three days later, the kitchen sink backed up again. Another technician advised that the kitchen line was still full of grease and required proper hydro jetting, indicating the previously paid service was not completed as invoiced.Since November 6, 2025, I have repeatedly tried to resolve this with the office. Promised callbacks never happened, calls are no longer being answered, and as of January 22, 2026, my kitchen remains unusable.Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful and to get clear documentation of what work is actually being performed.
