Tucson Plumbing is well run, good to work with, and I readily got an appointment.Our technician, Adrian Thyng, was awesome! He was professional, polite, friendly, and very patient with questions. We enjoyed working with him!Our shower head was completely clogged up. He quickly found the underlying problem was with our water softener that was no longer working, resulting in the blocked shower and mineral deposits.Adrian installed a new water softener system and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and Tucson Plumbing.
Called to ask about water softener system, spoke with Lisa who was very informative and helpful. Ended up having a AO Smith water softener installed by Jose. He was very friendly, on time and did a nice job of installing it where we wanted it. He answered all our questions on the unit, how to use it and how it works. Already notice a big difference in our water, he said we would see a difference in 2-3 days but we noticed it that same day. Would recommend Tucson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
