Fantastic service! Pablo fixed the kitchen sink backup (caused by the building line), verified proper flow, and left the area spotless. Only after everything was resolved did he call the property manager to walk them through the work and recommendations. Highly recommend.
Although it was a frustrating job because of how poorly everything was initially installed, David hung in there (for hours) and completed the challenging task. It’s now a safe and usable under mount kitchen sink with no fear of it falling away from the countertop again.Thanks David…excellent job and customer service at a reasonable price
I was looking around for a plumber to replace our very old water heater I found Red Seal Plumbing and got an estimate and had the water heater replaced same-day the technician working the job was Phablo and he was one of the most professional techs I'd had the privilege to have work in my home. Came on time explained everything that needed to be done worked quickly and efficiently. I and my family have found our new plumbing company to call whenever there is an issue or we need an upgrade. They came on the day I called for an urgent repair! David worked on the issues found and was very thorough! Despite all took way longer than expected he did not take short cuts and made sure all worked properly! David deserves a 5 star rating! Reason for 4 star is that some of the pricing was a bit steep in my opinion but in fairness with all the challenges that happened I was grateful for set prices!!
I’ve had a good experience with Red Seal Plumbing. This was the second time I’ve needed their services. Phablo did a really great job and took the time to explain my options and showed me a photo of what the end product would look like before even beginning. Showed up early in the 3 hour window provided during booking, so that was great. Phablo was very polite and professional the entire time. I’d recommend them.A new review…Just had Red Seal come out to my house to deal with a clogged bathroom sink, where the clog was beyond the P-trap within the wall. They were able to come out the next morning as I didn’t feel it was an Emergency situation. I had the same gentleman, Phablo, who my previous review was about. Same as before, showed up early in the service window provided and was able to make quick work of the needed repair. Very happy with Phablo and his professionalism.Still happily recommend Red Seal.
