Kitchen drain not doing it's thing. BAD. Josh and his sidekick came and rooted out the problem with a 50 foot snake. GOOD. The Mr Rooter expert (Will) that came to our house was very professional and thorough. We had a plugged kitchen sink with a quirky combination of plastic and copper pipes and crazy tight turns. Very good experience. Issue ended up being more complicated than expected but Ryan was so dedicated to figuring out the problem and making sure we would be able to use our plumbing until we can do some larger repairs. So so grateful for all the help, time they spent, and answering all of my many questions!
