I am so disappointed with this business. Initially, Alex communicated well and I felt like he understood what i needed to have done. When it came to install, he wasn't there. The plumbing didn't end up where I thought it was going to land nor did it accommodate this special needs that I had for my ceiling in the basement. Very little conversation about it just a well that's how it has to be. I have since had contractors in who are also very disappointed.And felt like they took several shortcuts, they didn't need to take. Consequently, having this business here has cost me thousands more as i've had to build in walls.And replace the ceiling. I did ask for them to replace one more piece of plumbing.They told me that the part was out of stock and that they would get back to me.That was two and a half weeks ago. Steer clear buyer beware.
