Brown's was very quick to send a technician the same day (Sunday) to deal with our emergency service which we appreciated so much as other plumbing places who advertised they were open 24 hours didn't even return my call. The Heating and Plumbing Technician, Madi, was a pleasant person and very knowledgeable in her field. I would definitely call Brown's for any further Heating or Plumbing service we may need in the future and would definitely request Madi as the Technician. Alex has just completed installing a new sump pump and battery backup in my basement. He arrived on time and did a great job with the installation. He answered any questions that I had in a clear, professional manner. He also explained how the new system would work. I would highly recommend him.
We had purchased a new furnace and air conditioner in August of last year. Everything is running smoothly. Recently Cameron came out to perform a maintenance check as part of the service package we purchased. Cameron was very professional and personable. He explained everything very well. He was also able to do some additional work that was required after his inspection that same day. We are very impressed with Cameron and hope to see him again for future inspections.
The two technicians that came today, Kaan and Josh were prompt and very courteous. They did a great job setting everything up and replacing my AC unit. When they were done, they had shown me pictures of the work they did in the crawlspace and explained a few things to me then proceeded to.asked me if I had any questions for them. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, they even asked me if I wished for them to take away the old AC unit and condenser for me.It was such a good experience that I recommend everyone to give Brown’s Plumbing And Heating call for any AC/furnace upgrades!Thanks again to Kaan and Josh for the job well done!!
